We’re building a brand-new, three-race XC Marathon series that links epic California locations with the unmistakable 3CX style—fast, flowy, less-technical. Long, rhythm-rich courses, big views, and hours in the saddle.
This is California XC Marathon done right: long miles, high tempo, and panoramic NorCal + Mid-State backdrops. 3CX is building flow-first, less-tech courses where fitness and line choice decide the day. Results matter. Series points matter.
Expect chip timing, stacked fields, podiums, and series standings—all with that unmistakable 3CX style.
Launch is imminent—get on the list before the first wave goes.
Save big with volume discounts by purchasing 3CX Race-Packs. Each Race-Pack comes with the listed number of registration entries. The packs are transferable to any rider and good for any/all 2026 3CX races. They are perfect for families and teams. Race-Packs also make a great gift!
3CX Racing is known for producing events that emphasize fast and flowy racing for all ages and skill levels.
The beloved CCCX name was updated the more modern, abbreviated "3CX" in 2025. The first CCCX was held at Ford Ord in 1997. Since then, CCCX has produced MTB, CX, Road and Enduro races every year (excluding COVID). CCCX has become a staple of Monterey County cycling.
Fort Ord is legendary for its ultra-fast trails. This is where you will lay down some serious speed without running into a lot of technical features. Average speeds can exceed 18 MPH for top finishers depending on the course. On that note - Fort Ord features nearly limitless course variation. The CCCX Race Series will take advantage of trails and features that are not often used to give riders a unique experience. We don't mind putting the extra work into course design!
Please park inside venue and not on the street.
