The CCCX Women's Skills Clinic was another huge success.
The clinic started with 90-minutes of bike-on skills training, followed by a lap fo the CCCX MTB Series Race #2 course.
It was great to see all 25 spots fill up (there was even a waitlist).
Jesscia is a great partner in developing an all-inclusive MTB community - at CCCX and beyond. She and Heather did an amazing job planning, organizing and executing the event.
Thank you to Melissa Gorski and Julie Hymer for supporting this movement and to Julie for the great photo and video! (link below)
We hope everyone had a grea t time, made new friends and learned skills to take out on the trails!
If you are wondering if a skills clinic is for you, check-out the picture gallery below. We had a wide range of experience and ages in attendance. This is what inclusiveness is all about.
The 25 spots filled up fast, so stay tuned for announcements on future clinics.

Fort Ord is legendary for its ultra-fast trails. This is where you will lay down some serious speed without running into a lot of technical features. Average speeds can exceed 18 MPH for top finishers depending on the course. On that note - Fort Ord features nearly limitless course variation. The CCCX Race Series will take advantage of trails and features that are not often used to give riders a unique experience. We don't mind putting the extra work into course design!
Please park inside venue and not on the street.
